Srinagar (Start Point) Begin your journey in Kashmir’s capital. Stay in a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake, enjoy a shikara ride, and visit Mughal Gardens.

Kargil Drive through the scenic Zoji La Pass to reach Kargil. Visit the Kargil War Memorial in Drass, and enjoy the views of the Suru Valley.

Day 01 : Arrival in Srinagar

Arrive in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir. - Attractions: - Dal Lake Shikara Ride - Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh) - Local Srinagar Market - Overnight stay in Srinagar (Hotel/Houseboat).


Day 02 : Srinagar → Kargil

Drive through Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold). - Cross the mighty Zoji La Pass (11,575 ft). - Attractions en route: Drass Village – the second coldest inhabited place in the world. Kargil War Memorial – tribute to Indian soldiers. - Overnight stay in Kargil.


Day 03 : Kargil → Leh

Scenic drive along the Suru and Indus Rivers. - Attractions en route: Mulbekh Monastery & Maitreya Buddha Statue. Lamayuru Monastery – one of Ladakh’s oldest monasteries. Moonland Landscapes – unique barren formations. - Arrive in Leh by evening. - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 04 : Leh Local Sightseeing & Acclimatization

- Explore Leh at a relaxed pace. - Major attractions: Shanti Stupa – panoramic views of Leh town. Leh Palace – glimpse into Ladakhi history. Magnetic Hill & Indus –Zanskar Confluence. Hall of Fame Museum (Indian Army) . - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 05 : Leh → Nubra Valley

Cross Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft) – once the world’s highest motorable road. - Attractions in Nubra Valley: Diskit Monastery & Giant Maitreya Buddha. Hunder Sand Dunes: Ride the famous Bactrian camels. - Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.


Day 06 :Nubra Valley → Pangong Lake

Travel via the Shyok route (subject to weather). - Reach Pangong Tso (14,270 ft) – India’s most famous high-altitude lake. - Evening by the lake under starry skies. - Overnight stay in camps near Pangong. -


Day 07 : Pangong Lake → Hanle

- Journey into the Changthang region, known for its vast landscapes. - Attractions in Hanle: Hanle Monastery. Indian Astronomical Observatory – one of the world’s highest observatories. - Overnight stay in Hanle.


Day 08 : Hanle → Umling La Pass (19,024 ft) → Hanle

The highlight of the trip – conquer Umling La Pass, the world’s highest motorable road. - Experience unmatched views and extreme adventure. - Return to Hanle by evening. - Overnight stay in Hanle.


Day 09 : Hanle → Leh

- Scenic drive back to Leh through remote Ladakhi villages. - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 10 : Leh → Sarchu

- Begin the Manali–Leh Highway journey. - Attractions en route: - Tanglang La (17,480 ft). - Gata Loops (21 hairpin bends). - Nakee La & Lachung La Passes. - Overnight stay in camps at Sarchu.


Day 11 : Sarchu → Manali

- Scenic return via: - Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft). - Suraj Tal Lake – the "Lake of the Sun God." - Atal Tunnel into Manali. - Overnight stay in Manali.


Day 12 : Manali (Departure)

- Morning at leisure in Manali. - Departure for onward journey.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount (non-refundable). The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip start date. Prices are subject to change in case of increase in fuel, permits, or taxes.

3. Rider Vehicle Requirements (For Bikers)

Riders must hold a valid driving license. Helmets, riding jackets, gloves, and proper riding gear are mandatory. Alcohol or substance use during riding/driving hours is strictly prohibited. Riders must follow the road captain’s instructions at all times.

4. Safety & Liability

WOW Expedition will provide guidance, but any accident, injury, or loss is at the participant’s own risk. Travel insurance/medical insurance is strongly recommended. In case of mechanical failure, WOW Expedition will assist with repairs but is not liable for delays/losses caused.

5. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation will be on twin/triple sharing basis (unless opted for single room at extra cost). Meals included as per itinerary only. Extra meals, snacks, and beverages are chargeable.

6. Health & Fitness

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip. WOW Expedition reserves the right to refuse participation if a person is deemed medically unfit or poses a safety risk.

7. Permits & Documents

All participants must carry valid Government ID proof. Inner Line Permits / Restricted Area Permits (where required) will be arranged by WOW Expedition, but participants must provide necessary documents in advance.

8. Conduct & Discipline

Any misconduct, misbehavior, or violation of group discipline may lead to removal from the trip without refund. Respect local culture, traditions, and environment.

9. Baggage Policy

Trolley bags are not allowed. Participants must carry a rucksack/duffle bag. Excess baggage beyond the allotted limit may not be accommodated.

10. Force Majeure

WOW Expedition is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, landslides, road blockages, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, either a full refund or credit towards a future trip will be offered.
