Day 01 : Delhi → Manali (Overnight Journey)

Overnight bus/vehicle journey from Delhi to Manali. - Scenic drive via Punjab & Himachal valleys.


Day 02 : Arrival in Manali

Check-in at hotel. - Local sightseeing: Hadimba Temple – Wooden temple amidst deodar forest. Old Manali Cafés – Perfect to relax before the big ride. Mall Road – Evening leisure and shopping. - Expedition briefing & vehicle allocation (Bikes/SUVs). - Overnight stay in Manali.


Day 03 : Manali → Sarchu

Cross Atal Tunnel and enter Lahaul Valley. - Attractions en route: Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft). Suraj Tal Lake – One of the highest lakes in India. Reach Sarchu , known as the gateway to Ladakh . - Overnight stay in camps at Sarchu.


Day 04 : Sarchu → Leh

Adventure-filled drive through: - Gata Loops (21 hairpin bends). - Nakee La & Lachung La Passes. - Tanglang La (17,480 ft) – One of the world’s highest motorable passes. - Arrive in Leh, the capital of Ladakh. - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 05 : Leh Local Sightseeing

Acclimatization day with sightseeing: Shanti Stupa – Stunning panoramic views of Leh. Leh Palace – Ancient royal palace. Magnetic Hill & Indus -Zanskar Confluence. Hall of Fame Museum – Tribute to Indian Army. - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 06 : Leh → Nubra Valley

Cross Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft) – once the world’s highest motorable road. - Attractions in Nubra: Diskit Monastery & Giant Maitreya Buddha . Hunder Sand Dunes: Enjoy Bactrian camel rides. - Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.


Day 07 : Nubra Valley → Pangong Lake

Scenic drive via Shyok route (if road is open). - Reach Pangong Lake (14,270 ft): World-famous blue lake featured in 3 Idiots . - Enjoy camping by the lakeside. - Overnight stay near Pangong.


Day 08 : Pangong → Hanle

Journey to Hanle, one of Ladakh’s remotest regions. - Attractions: Hanle Monastery - Indian Astronomical Observatory (one of the world’s highest observatories). - Overnight stay in Hanle.


Day 09 : Hanle → Umling La (19,024 ft) → Hanle

The most adventurous day of the expedition. - Ride/Drive to Umling La Pass – the world’s highest motorable road. - Experience breathtaking Himalayan views at extreme altitude. - Return to Hanle by evening. - Overnight stay in Hanle.


Day 10 : Hanle → Leh

Scenic return journey through Changthang region. - Reach Leh by evening. - Overnight stay in Leh.


Day 11 : Leh → Kargil

Drive through Magnetic Hill & Indus Valley. - Attractions en route: Lamayuru Monastery – One of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh. Moonland Landscapes - Reach Kargil by evening - Overnight stay in Kargil.


Day 12 : Kargil → Srinagar

Drive via Zoji La Pass (11,575 ft). - Stop at Drass War Memorial (Kargil War Memorial). - Arrive in Srinagar. - Overnight stay in Srinagar (houseboat/hotel).


Day 13 : Srinagar (Departure)

Morning drop at Srinagar airport/bus station for departure.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount (non-refundable). The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip start date. Prices are subject to change in case of increase in fuel, permits, or taxes.

3. Rider Vehicle Requirements (For Bikers)

Riders must hold a valid driving license. Helmets, riding jackets, gloves, and proper riding gear are mandatory. Alcohol or substance use during riding/driving hours is strictly prohibited. Riders must follow the road captain’s instructions at all times.

4. Safety & Liability

WOW Expedition will provide guidance, but any accident, injury, or loss is at the participant’s own risk. Travel insurance/medical insurance is strongly recommended. In case of mechanical failure, WOW Expedition will assist with repairs but is not liable for delays/losses caused.

5. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation will be on twin/triple sharing basis (unless opted for single room at extra cost). Meals included as per itinerary only. Extra meals, snacks, and beverages are chargeable.

6. Health & Fitness

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip. WOW Expedition reserves the right to refuse participation if a person is deemed medically unfit or poses a safety risk.

7. Permits & Documents

All participants must carry valid Government ID proof. Inner Line Permits / Restricted Area Permits (where required) will be arranged by WOW Expedition, but participants must provide necessary documents in advance.

8. Conduct & Discipline

Any misconduct, misbehavior, or violation of group discipline may lead to removal from the trip without refund. Respect local culture, traditions, and environment.

9. Baggage Policy

Trolley bags are not allowed. Participants must carry a rucksack/duffle bag. Excess baggage beyond the allotted limit may not be accommodated.

10. Force Majeure

WOW Expedition is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, landslides, road blockages, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, either a full refund or credit towards a future trip will be offered.
