Day 01 : GUWAHATI ARRIVAL

Highlight: Gather at Guwahati Airport by 12:00 PM for a warm welcome and to connect with your travel companions. After arrival, spend some leisure time either exploring the city or simply relaxing to refresh yourself. In the evening, enjoy a memorable river cruise on the Brahmaputra End the day with an overnight stay at the hotel, preparing for the exciting journey ahead. Day 02 : GUWAHATI TO SHERGAON

Begin your journey from Guwahati towards Shillong, the Scotland of the East, nestled amidst rolling hills and pine forests. Enroute, stop at the picturesque Umiam Lake (Barapani), perfect for photography. Relax in the cool climate of Shillong and soak in its colonial charm. Overnight stay in Shillong. On arrival, explore Shillong highlights: Ward s Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Cathedral Church, and Police Bazaar.


Day 03 : SHILLONG TO CHERRAPUNJI

Drive to Cherrapunji, known as the wettest place on earth. Enroute, visit Elephant Falls and enjoy panoramic views from Shillong Peak. At Cherrapunji, explore Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Eco Park. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.


Day 04 : CHERRAPUNJI SIGHTSEEING

Spend a full day exploring the natural wonders of Cherrapunji. Optional trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat. Visit Dainthlen Falls, Arwah Cave, Garden of Caves. Relax amidst the pristine beauty of Meghalaya. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.


Day 05 : CHERRAPUNJI TO SHILLONG

Scenic drive from Cherrapunji to Dawki. Boating on the crystal clear Umngot River (Dawki River) famous for its transparent waters. Evening drive back to Shillong. Overnight stay in Shillong.


Day 06 : SHILLONG TO KAZIRANGA

Early morning drive from Shillong to Kaziranga National Park. Enjoy the scenic road journey through the lush green Assam valleys. Hotel check in upon arrival. Spend a leisure evening exploring local surroundings or relaxing. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.


Day 07 : KAZIRANGA SAFARI

Start early with a thrilling Jeep/Elephant Safari in Kaziranga National Park. Spot the famous One Horned Rhinoceros, wild elephants, swamp deer, and colorful birds. Visit nearby tea estates and local villages. Evening safari in another park zone. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.


Day 08 : KAZIRANGA TO DIRANG

Scenic Himalayan drive through the enchanting valleys of Arunachal Pradesh. En route, admire breathtaking landscapes, winding mountain roads, and river valleys. Arrive at Sangti Valley, known for its peaceful riverside meadows, apple orchards, and black necked crane sightings (seasonal). Evening free for relaxation in the serene valley. Overnight stay in Dirang.


Day 09 : DIRANG TO TAWANG

Begin your journey towards Tawang via Sela Pass (13,700 ft). Stop at Sela Lake and Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Drive through snow clad mountains and valleys. Arrive in Tawang and relax at hotel. Overnight stay in Tawang.


Day 10 : TAWANG EXCURSION

Explore the famous Tawang Monastery, one of the largest in Asia. Visit Tawang War Memorial and Urgeling Monastery. Excursion to Madhuri Lake (Shonga tser Lake) and Bumla Pass (subject to permit). Return to Tawang by evening. Overnight stay in Tawang.


Day 11 : TAWANG TO BOMDILA

Drive to Bomdila through winding mountain roads. Enroute enjoy views of the eastern Himalayas. Visit Bomdila Monastery, Craft Centre, and local markets. Relax and enjoy the cool weather. Overnight stay in Bomdila.


Day 12 : BOMDILA TO GUWAHATI

Early morning drive back to Guwahati. Enjoy scenic valleys and tea gardens along the way. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay in Guwahati


Day 13 : GUWAHATI (DEPARTURE)

Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for onward journey. Tour ends with unforgettable memories of Northeast India.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount (non-refundable). The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip start date. Prices are subject to change in case of increase in fuel, permits, or taxes.

3. Rider Vehicle Requirements (For Bikers)

Riders must hold a valid driving license. Helmets, riding jackets, gloves, and proper riding gear are mandatory. Alcohol or substance use during riding/driving hours is strictly prohibited. Riders must follow the road captain’s instructions at all times.

4. Safety & Liability

WOW Expedition will provide guidance, but any accident, injury, or loss is at the participant’s own risk. Travel insurance/medical insurance is strongly recommended. In case of mechanical failure, WOW Expedition will assist with repairs but is not liable for delays/losses caused.

5. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation will be on twin/triple sharing basis (unless opted for single room at extra cost). Meals included as per itinerary only. Extra meals, snacks, and beverages are chargeable.

6. Health & Fitness

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip. WOW Expedition reserves the right to refuse participation if a person is deemed medically unfit or poses a safety risk.

7. Permits & Documents

All participants must carry valid Government ID proof. Inner Line Permits / Restricted Area Permits (where required) will be arranged by WOW Expedition, but participants must provide necessary documents in advance.

8. Conduct & Discipline

Any misconduct, misbehavior, or violation of group discipline may lead to removal from the trip without refund. Respect local culture, traditions, and environment.

9. Baggage Policy

Trolley bags are not allowed. Participants must carry a rucksack/duffle bag. Excess baggage beyond the allotted limit may not be accommodated.

10. Force Majeure

WOW Expedition is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, landslides, road blockages, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, either a full refund or credit towards a future trip will be offered.
